1 VS 1

All 1v1 videos must be shared from YouTube or a similar video hosting site. 

  1. On the home page tap the 1 v 1 upload button . 
  2. Confirm if you won or loss the 1 v 1 matchup. 
  3. Paste the link of the Hoop Godz member profile of the winner and the proflie of the loser of  the matchup.
  4. Paste the the link of you 1v1 proof video in the proper field. 
  5. Submit your proof video for review by the Hoop Godz team. 
  6. In order to be eligible to transfer funds and update win/loss records, both players must appear in the 1v1 proof video clearly stating who won the match and who lost the match. All form fields must be filled out correctly.

Hoop Godz members negotiate what the rules are for each matchup members compete in. 

The general rules are:

  • No fighting. Members who physically assault other players will be banned from the Hoop Godz platform immediately. 
  • The hoop$ wager amount must be agreed on and clearly stated on video before the start of the 1 v 1 matchup. 
  • At the end of the matchup players must state on camera who won the matchup and who loss the matchup. 

Members must record a brief  1 v 1 proof video but are not required to record the whole 1 v 1 matchup (Its recommend in case of a dispute )

Tips on filming 1 v1 matchups. 

  • Use of camera phone is recommended. Camera equipment is not needed for Proof Videos.  
  •  
  • Whether using a camera man or tripod the best location to film from is at the half court line. 
  • To keep the video from being shaky use a tripod. (use of a tripod is not a requirement but recommended.)
  • Be sure to wipe off the camera lens before filming. 
  • Put the phone on airplane mode to keep from being interrupted while filming.

1's Videos

1's Video is video of a 1 v 1 matchup uploaded to You Tube and shared on the Hoop Godz platform via our 1's video submission form. 

Challenges

Members' can participate in our timed daily challenges for:

  • Achievement badges.
  • To earn points.
  • To advance in rank on the Hoop Godz platform.

Call Outs

Call Outs are post created by members participate to  in virtual basketball challenges with hoop$ as a wager. 

Virtual basketball challenges are conducted via Face Book live or any other live streaming platform.

Tourney/Tournaments

Hoop Godz members earn points by creating and attending tourneys/tournaments. Attending tourneys is also an opportunity for members to earn additional hoop$ competing against other Hoop Godz members.

Ways To Earn Cash

 

Average at least 60% wins. 

1000 hoop$ x 10 games = $2000 profit less 3% processing fee. 

500 hoop$ x 10 games = $1000 profit less 3% processing fee. 

100 hoop$ x 10 games = $200 profit less 3% processing fee. 

Make money creating and hosting 1 v 1 tournaments , and other basketball events by receiving a percent of the hoop$ winnings.

 

Hoop Godz members earn points in multiple ways. 

Points can be withdrawn as cash payouts. 

Members become automatic affiliates when creating a Hoop Godz account. 

Affiliates receive a 3% lifetime commission from the Hoop Dollar (hoop$) purchases  of all new members they refer. 

 

Members can sell custom branded merchandise on the Hoop Godz store. 

Members can earn additional revenue doing paid promos for Brands on the Hoop Godz Promo Network 

FAQ

Yes! Legally, Hoop Godz is NOT a gambling platform, it's a platform that facilitates skill based 1 on 1 basketball competitions. Hoop Godz members place wagers on THEIR OWN performance, NOT the outcome of other players’.

Each state has its own law re: competing for cash. If you live in one of the following states, you may not play for cash prizes on Hoop Godz:

Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Tennessee.

You have to be at least 18 to compete for cash on the Hoop Godz site. It is against our Terms of Service and the law to use our site if you are under 18. Please don't make an account if you're under 18—we'll be forced to lock it.

  • Hoop Dollars(hoop$) is the official currency of Hoop Godz site, tournaments, and events.
    Hoop Dollars are transferred to the winner of 1 V 1 matchup or Call Outs.
    The exchange rate is 1 to 1. Every $1 equals 1 Hoop Dollar.
  • Hoop$ are withdrawn as cash payouts.

Hoop Godz members earn points that can be redeemed as cash payouts.

$100 minimum payout amount.
Payouts are in USD and processed monthly via PayPal.

Member Disputes

In the event of a dispute  Hoop Godz staff is available to help resolve the issue.

Fill out the dispute form and the Hoop Godz staff will contact you within 24 hours.

All transfer disputes must have video proof of the 1 on 1 matchup/Call Out to be valid. 

Upon a staff review of the transfer dispute, the member who losses the dispute will have the hoop$ in dispute transferred from their hoop$ balance to the winner of the dispute when necessary. 

Transfers

hoop$ transfers are only allowed for 1 on 1/Call Out  wager transfers from the loser of the matchup or Call Out to the winner of the matchup/call out and when event Host award the winner of their hosted tournament or event. 

All transfers will remain pending until reviewed by the Hoop Godz staff.

Video Proof is required 1 V 1, Call Outs, tournaments and events. 

The maximum transfer amount:

1 v 1 : 1000 hoop$

Call Outs : 100 hoop$

Tournaments and Events : unlimited hoop$

Payouts

All payouts are processed weekly on Friday.

Payouts are made through Paypal and can take up to 5 business days to show up in your Paypal account.
